Tips for healthy eating

Healthy eating is a eating a variety of  nutrients foods  like protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and mineral  that give you the good healthy body, you feel good, and have energy.  Eating high nutrition foods is a best way to help your body stay strong and healthy forever. This can also helps you to maintain a healthy weight.



1. Maintain your food choices don’t eat too much because your body likes nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fat and many different vitamins and minerals.
2. Keep Eating more grains, fruits and vegetables. Grains are an excellent source of nutrients. Grains like wheat, corn that can form a part of healthy diet.
3. Eat less meat try not to eat meat more than twice a week.
4. Eat vegetables particularly peas and beans because they are a good low-fat source of protein.
5. Eat fresh fruits after your every meal that will give you essential nutrients.
6. Reduce the amount of cheese, butter, cream and ice- cream that you consume.
